Return Eligibility
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- Free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage
- In their original condition
- With all original tags attached
Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused and returned to the sender.
Final Sale Items
The following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
- Promotional giveaway items
- Any item marked Final Sale
Exchanges
Need a different size?
We offer exchanges for the same style and color, subject to inventory availability.
If your desired size is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as SEVRIYA is not responsible for lost return packages.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Email us at sevriya1@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- A brief description of the issue
We’ll work quickly to resolve it.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email notification regarding the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
